Reclamation District 1608 is governed by a three-member elected Board of Trustees comprised of property owners from within the District’s boundaries. The Board typically meets at 8 a.m. on the first Wednesday of each month at the offices of Neumiller & Beardslee, 3121 W. March Lane, Stockton.
